Note on Healthcare

Don’t walk if you can dance

Dancing can not only improve your mood and social health, but also can also make you live longer! Any type of physical activity has a big impact on diabetes, and also on improving your heart health. Walking is the most common type of activity, and in this study from the United Kingdom, brisk walkers reduced there risk of death from heart disease by 25%. However, active dancing, “enough to make you out of breath or sweaty” brought even greater benefit, reducing heart disease deaths by 46%. Go for it.
